that I don’t want to I work full time, go to school
full time, babysit my grandsons at night and on the weekend for their mother to
work. I would love to devote more time to my physical well-being. I rate my
spiritual well-being a five because I don’t devote as much of my time to it as
I should for the same reasons mentioned above. I rate my psychological well-being
an eight. I do take time to distress and sit quietly. I do yoga at least once
per week and I am in control of my feelings and mental abilities. I don’t let
things bother me I “let go and let God.”

I can make more time to work out more even if I have to
do it at home in between homework and babysitting. I can at least read the
Bible or other spiritual readings. I can continue keep myself distressed.
3.
Do simple movements at home in between homework and
babysitting or make a schedule that would include exercising more. Read more
inspirational or spiritual materials. Listen to soothing, relaxing music. Eat
healthier.

The tape was very relaxing. I even fell asleep about
midway. However, once I awaken from my nap my mind kept drifting and I wasn’t
able to concentrate as I was in the beginning. Close to the end I was able to
get back in sync until the music ended. I did not like the man’s voice.
