Integral Assessment

The universal loving kindness process consisted of closing the eyes for one to two minutes listen to the quiet of the mind and body then repeating several phrases for 10 minutes. Doing this practice can shift the focus from yourself to someone universal loving-kindness.

The integral assessment process consisted of the same process of closing the eyes, sit still and listen to your mind and body. Once quiet, ask yourself several questions that focuses on several aspects of your life. This exercise will help you determine what area or areas of your life you need the most work.

My area for growth and development is spiritual growth. The reason is my grandmother was a very spiritual woman and she seemed to always be at ease about everything and never had any worries. She always said it was because she read her bible every day, prayed and was kind to all people. I always admired her and would love to have that same peace and calm aura she had. She was loved by everyone she never would say bad things about people she would always say she is going to pray for them.

In achieving this I can speak with my pastor or another elder in the church, read the Bible, pray more, meditate, exercise and perform destressing activities throughout the day.
