I think
the best practices meditation and subtle mind. During the practices I found
that I was able to perform these two better than all the others. Both involve
the process of breathing. Breathing is something we do every day all day. It is
just a matter of learning how to breathe during meditation and the subtle mind
exercise. As the breathing become more rhythmic your mind will start to follow.
As I follow my breathing I am able to let go and let my mind take in the
calming effects of the breath. It is easier to use the breath as a focal point
than a beach, a light or some other object or person.
To
improve my mental fitness I can start to learn to meditate daily so that I can
become a master before I attempt to pass along my skills to someone else. I can
take the time to stop and listen to my inner self. Throughout the day go for a
walk and breathe to clear my mind and relax. Pay attention and be aware of the
needs of my body (spiritual, mental, physical and psychological).
I think it is very true what you wrote. Also our breathe is very important. It is amazing if we focus on our breathe, our mind will follow. I also find it easier to use our breathe as a focal point as opposed to visualizing something. Very good. thanks for sharing!
